First of all, a hearty hello to all my subscribers! I want to update everyone on what has transpired since I last published a blog post.
I have been hard at work the last several years on a new fiction project — a book series that fits in the historical fiction/fantasy genre. The epic story I have developed will play out in three novels. I’m currently finishing the first book.
I spent some time writing screenplays and meeting various Hollywood/L.A. folks. I am considering publishing one particular screenplay on Amazon, a legal drama, as publishing and reading screenplays is becoming more of a thing there.
The Pursuit of Cool, coming up on the ten year anniversary of releasing it, continues to attract accolades and new readers. Wiki.ezvid.com ranked it #1 of 14 Vivid Coming of Age Novels Set in the 20th Century. It continues to build a cult following thanks to fans who have spread the word. If that is you, thank you!
My dream of having merchandise for The Pursuit of Cool has been realized, and it’s currently for sale on RedBubble. T-shirts, hoodies, throw pillows, iPhone skins — even mini-skirts! They make great gifts and I’d appreciate your support.
Another exciting development is that I have started a TikTok page. It’s a fun, conversational platform. I’m meeting lots of interesting folks and talking about books, music and Gen X matters. Check it out and please give me a follow if you’re on TikTok.
Exciting stuff is coming up, so if you haven’t already subscribed to the blog or to my publishing newsletter, please do so.
You guys are quite simply the best.
Much love.

Hey Kristin!! Great to hear from you. :) Hope you are doing well in W.V. Yes, some exciting stuff is coming up. Take care.
Great to hear from you Robb! Just purchased a bunch of merch. When thinking about whether to order a lined or graphed notebook I thought, what would Lance Rally do? I decided he’d order the graph note book in anticipation of some kind of financial forecasting. Congrats on the next book coming along!

Hi there Kirsten! Nice to hear from you. Hope things are going well for you in New York. Thanks so much for your support. Yes, Lance would purchase the graph notebook with every intention of using it for economic purposes, yet would end up scribbling band names and poetry on its pages.
